Description of project: Site development of 130 acres green site, construction of 290,000 square foot precast facility consisting of two data halls and facility support space. Seven modular chiller plants provide cooling for the data center, each with 120-ton chillers supported by two makeup water tanks. Modular electrical buildings manage the electrical distribution system: (1) low-voltage and (2) medium-voltage structures. The redundancy system for the facility consists of 40 emergency standby generators. There is a front entrance /security kiosk with high-security intrusion measures.
