PROJECT ESTIMATOR
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years’ experience in construction supervision, or equivalent combination of training, education and/or related experience.
In addition, we are looking for an someone who possesses the following skills:
- Perform accurate quantity surveys for all types of construction systems and materials.
- Assist with the preparation of detailed cost estimates for all types of projects.
- Assist with the intake, distribution, and archiving of estimating assignments.
- Assist with the review of proposed change documents and pricing as assigned.
- Assist with project document constructability reviews.
- Attend meetings as assigned.
- Make site visits with project/construction management as appropriate.
- Performs work in a safe manner and actively encourage others to comply with safety rules and regulations.
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in construction supervision, or equivalent combination of training, education and/or related experience.
In addition, we are looking for an someone who possesses the following skills:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Advanced knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods).
- Knowledge of craft agreements, estimating, scheduling, and safety.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and solution-finding skills.
- Detail orientated with the ability to produce quality and accurate results.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and ethics.
PROJECT MANAGER
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years’ experience in construction management, or equivalent combination of training, education and/or related experience.
In addition, we are looking for an someone who possesses the following skills:
- Provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects to include coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment.
- Ensure that specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule.
- Responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control and job site safety.
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with project team regarding RFI’s and Material Submittals.
- Ensure subcontractor is fulling executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite through our cloud-based construction software
- Attend weekly progress meetings with owner, architect, and other key personnel.
- Ensure job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
PROJECT ENGINEER
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in construction management, or equivalent combination of training, education and/or related experience.
In addition, we are looking for an someone who possesses the following skills:
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
- Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
- Responsible for RFI and submittal process
- Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues
